Self employed
- Your accounts and computations for the year ending between 6th April 2007 and 5th April 2008. Special rules apply to opening and closing periods and accounting periods of less than 12 months.
- For partners – The partnership accounts and computations and the partnership tax return (which we will have prepared if we act for the partnership)
Employed
- Your P60 for the year ending 5th April 2008 or P45 (if applicable)
- Your P11d or P9d benefits in kind forms for the year ending 5th April 2008
Other income
- Rental income
- Capital gains
- Dividends
- Bank or building society income and related tax credits
- Share options
- State pensions and benefits
- Jobseeker’s allowance
- Statutory sick pay and maternity pay paid by the Benefits Office
- Other pensions received and related tax credits
- Taxable maintenance or alimony
- Gains on UK annuities and insurance policies
Reliefs
- Retirement annuity contracts premiums
- Employee contributions to personal pension plans
- Payments for vocational training
- Interest on qualifying loans
Allowances
- If you are making pension payments or wish to claim an age related allowance we will require your date of birth
